วันที่ 17 ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2564 นางสาว ยุวดี คาดการณ์ไกล รองประธานสถาบันคลังปัญญาฯ รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร. วรารัก เฉลิมพันธุศักดิ์ อาจารย์ประจำสาขาวิชารัฐศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช และนาย อุสมาน วาจิ ได้ร่วมนำเสนอบทความในงานสัมมนา Forum on the Human Resources Cooperation, The 6th Yunnan Conference on International Exchange of Professionals จัดโดย Yunnan Provincial Committee of Communist Party of China, The People's Government of Yunnan Province ผ่านระบบออนไลน์ ดังนี้
